Tifet

Built inside a working business. Opened to yours.

Tifet started as the software a company wrote for itself because nothing on the market remembered what the business had said and done. Tifet Bridge is the first product to open to others.

The idea

Most businesses do not have a memory. They have inboxes. What was agreed with a client lives in one person’s Sent folder, the recording of the meeting is on a phone, the signed document is in a shared drive under a name nobody can find. When that person is away or gone, the business forgets.

Tifet exists to fix that one problem properly. File everything, automatically, to a shape every business shares. Show each person what is waiting on them, and let them ask questions of the record in plain words. Everything else in the family, from the CRM to project management, is built on that same record.

Proof before promise

A yacht charter and management company with 40+ people across five offices runs its day on Tifet Bridge. Every email, meeting and document is filed there today, and the people who run it use Ask Tifet on WhatsApp through the day. That company is named here as the proof customer, nothing more: Tifet is a separate company, built to serve others.

Where we are

Tifet is run from Sydney, Australia, with customers’ data hosted in the region they choose. Write to us at [email protected].

How we build

  • Self-explanatory, or it is not finished

A screen that needs training was built wrong. Every Tifet product is judged by whether a new person can use it with no one beside them.

  • One way to do each thing

One path per action, the likely answer already on the button, progress always visible. Several routes to the same result is how software gets confusing.

  • Nothing silently deleted

Every routing, filing and publishing action can be reversed later. Records are kept, not tidied away.

  • Built in a business, not for one

Each product ran a real company for months before it was offered to anyone else. The rough edges were found by people doing their jobs, not by a demo.
